Where can I find my purchased files?

The files should be available in both the email from Etsy and in your account (My account > Purchases and reviews, then find the order and click "Download Files") right after your payment is confirmed. If you want to download your files from your email but you can't seem to find them, make sure to check spam or junk inbox as well. If you still can't find your files, please contact me, I'll be more than happy to help 😊

How to unzip the file purchased ?

Unzip the file using this free software : for Mac - Double click on the zip file - Done for Windows 7 and 10 - Right-click on the Zip file and choose "Extract All" - Choose a location for the folder to be extracted into - Keep the "Show extracted files when complete" unchecked - Click on the "Extract" button to start the extraction - Done for Windows XP and Vista - Double click on the zip folder - In the window that opens, click on the "Extract All" link - The "Extraction Wizard" will open, click "Next" - Click "Finish" to complete the download - Done

Can I edit the template ?

Can I use these template on my iPad/ Samsung Galaxy/ Tablet/ Microsoft Surface Pro ?

Yes, You can use the template on your tablet as long as you have a PDF annotation app such as ; -GoodNotes, Noteshelf, Notability (iPad) -Xodo, Noteshelf for Android (Android/ Windows) -etc. You will be able to import the PDF files onto these apps and then you can either type or use your stylus pen to handwrite :)

How to print these/this PDF(s)?

Open PDF in Adobe Reader (Free) in print settings, select Actual Size or Scale to 100% under page sizing & handling. Print out as many as you want from your home printer. Please assure that colors may vary depending on your monitor, device and printer :)

Why can't I download my Etsy purchase?
