As with any Sterling Silver, it can and will tarnish over time depending on where it is stored and can be easily cleaned up with a polishing cloth. Refer to Jewelry Care Instructions card included with each order to keep your jewelry staying sparkly

All items are made to order just for you. I do not keep anything in stock.

Production times may vary according to our present volume of orders at the moment. Normal volume is 3-5 days. Check our Shop Announcements at top of page for current production times. Shipping is also offered as an upgrade for faster shipping at an additional cost. If you are in need of an item in a hurry, please message me before order is placed.

Completing your purchase from our shop indicates you've read, understood and comply with my shop policies items, descriptions and sizes. Once I have received the returned item, only then can I replace or refund your cost.

If you are not completely satisfied, we will happily have you return it (contact me within 3 days of delivery) for a refund or exchange on something different from our 12 Moons shop.
