Colour and product Representation

I take great care to represent each item as accurately as possible. Product photographs are taken by me to reflect the true colour, texture, shape, and finish of the item. However, colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen/device settings.

My real leather items are made in Italy from real cowhide leather. Natural variations in texture, grain, tone, markings, and surface finish are normal characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered faults or defects. Unlined leather items intentionally show the natural underside of the hide as part of their design and finish. Metallic Leather Care: Metallic leather is more delicate than untreated leather and should be handled with care. To maintain the finish: Avoid water, oils, perfumes, and chemicals Avoid friction against rough surfaces Store away from direct sunlight and humidity Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth only Natural surface variations may occur over time and are part of the material’s character.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All items are carefully checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so I can resolve the issue quickly.

RETURN POLICY - Please contact me within 3 business days of delivery to request a return. Items must be returned within 14 business days of delivery, or shown as in transit within this timeframe for international returns. Items must be returned in original condition (unused and with tags intact.)

RETURN SHIPPING AND REFUNDS Unless an item arrives damaged or not as described: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund where applicable Orders placed with “free shipping” still incur actual postage costs at dispatch, and this cost will also be deducted from any refund where applicable International import duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable If you would like an estimate of your refund before returning an item, please feel free to contact me. Shipping costs super high due to being shipped from England. Almost as much as bag. The zipper on mine is a little wonky (doesn’t lay flat/correctly), and the suede strap is very thin. Overall it’s a nice looking piece, great little run around bag. Tassel completes it.
