CAN YOU DESIGN A CUSTOM…..?

Currently we are not taking on any custom orders. We are in the process of rolling out so many new items, we just do not have the time. However, if it is something small or you just want a planner in a color we don’t already have, send me a message and I will see if I am able.

I WOULD LIKE TO START USING DIGITAL PLANNERS OR NOTEBOOKS, BUT I AM AFRAID THEY WILL GET DELETED OR LOST.

The digital world has come a long way, it is hard to lose things these days. Some things you can do, though, to be safe is to enable “Auto Back Up” in the app you are using. You can also export your work as a single page or a full PDF and then save that to your computer or cloud. So technically you can save your completed notebooks or planners forever as a PDF. And… you can print those pdfs too!

WILL YOUR DIGITAL ITEMS WORK ON AN ANDROID TABLET?

My digital items work on GoodNotes, Noteshelf and Notability and I believe Noteshelf is now available on Android. Help! MY HYPERLINKS AREN’T WORKING!

If your hyperlinks aren’t working in any one of my digital products, make sure you are on Reading Mode, not Writing Mode. They will not work in Writing Mode.

MY WRITING/DRAWING IS NOT WORKING LIKE IT WAS YESTERDAY!

If you find things not working properly or like they normally do, make sure your app is updated to the current version. If it is still happening after an update, the developer usually gets right on it within a couple of days. If that doesn’t do the trick, make sure your device is updated. A great resource is to join a Reddit Group for the specific app you are using. I know GoodNotes, Noteshelf and Notability have really active groups. People constantly post current glitches of things not working properly so at the very least, you won’t feel like it’s just you :-)

SOME OF MY STICKERS DO NOT HAVE A TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND.

I bet you saved them to your camera roll on your iPad. There is a big glitch that has been around for a long time where when you save a transparent PNG image to your camera roll, it turns it into a JPG with a white background. The workaround is to save the PNG images that you purchased from me to Dropbox or Files and then do a split screen and drag the stickers/images into your document.

WILL YOU CONTINUE TO MAKE PRINTABLES? WHERE ARE YOUR BOUND PLANNERS?

Since I discovered Digital Note Taking and Planning, I will not be offering any new printables. I will, however, continue to offer, some select products currently available in my shop. Due to an injury in 2019, I had to stop making my bound planners and books. It was heartbreaking, but also a huge blessing in disguise, because then I discovered Digital Planners and they are the absolute best!

WHERE IS MY GOODNOTES STICKER FILE?

11/1/2021 Moving forward I will not be including a GoodNotes file with stickers. You will only receiving a zip file with the PNG Images. This will only affect new products. With the new Element tool In GoodNotes, it seems like unnecessary bulk. This way, you can either pick out your favorites and add them to Elements, or just save them in the cloud and pull them in using a split screen.
