I will always endeavour to post out made to order items within 1-2 weeks. I often have items that are ready to ship between 1-3 days so please see each item for delivery details.

UK ORDERS: Please allow up to two weeks for arrival after posting. We are still experiencing delays in some parts of the country so please let me know if the delivery is urgent before purchase.

EUROPEAN ORDERS: As we have now sadly left the EU you may be charged an additional fee when your item arrives within your country. Please check your countries postal service website for updated info on Tax & VAT charges. I am not able to refund any additional import charges for your purchase. Please use the tracking number provided at dispatch to track your item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: May continue to suffer delays in certain countries so please check your individual countries postal service for further details. Please use the tracking number provided to track your parcel. I cannot contact postal branches outside of the UK but will of course contact Royal Mail if any items are severely delayed.

Please allow up to 3 weeks before notification of an order that has not yet arrived. Arrival times after posting via Royal Mail are stated as 7 days but have been known to take longer depending on location & time of year. Please be aware of additional International customs charges that may occur for your country of destination :)

Please note my default shipping only includes proof of postage from Royal Mail for items up to £30. A tracking number will be provided for items over £30.
