PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Take a photo or outline your child’s hand on a plain white sheet of paper without any other lines or markings and take a photo of the outline with a ruler {refer to photos for an example}

2. Please use a dark colored, marker or pen when outlining his or her hand.

3. Click on MESSAGE towards the bottom of the page and upload photo.

4. Under the PERSONALIZATION box at check out, please include the child's name, and any other information you would like embroidered in plain text on the ornament (year or age).

5. If the photo submitted is not adequate for embroidery, I will contact you requesting another photo.

We do not accept returns on personalized items. However if there was an error in personalization due to the shop please contact us for information on a replacement.

Inquiries for a return/exchange due to disliking the font chosen are not accepted as I offer free digital mock-ups upon request.

Forced returns will not be accepted.

Shipping labels are printed through Etsy so please make certain the address is correct. If an item is returned to my shop for insufficient address, the customer will be contacted and asked to pay the shipping fee again to have it shipped to the correct address.

For physical items which were shipped, check your shipping address on file with Etsy.
