All orders dispatch within 1 - 7 business days depending on our stock. In case the bag you have ordered is not in stock , sold out or if the buyer requests a specific customisation , your order will dispatch approximately within a week. Delivery time to : USA = Standard shipping = 14 - 25 days with postal service , Express Shipping = 2- 5 days with courier CANADA = Express 2 -5 days AUSTRALIA = 2 - 7 business days EUROPE = 5 - 10 business days Everywhere else = Depending on country and courier we will use: Express worldwide 3-5 business days. How can l customise my bag?

-Go to the product you are interested in. - Under the photo gallery hit the button --- Request a custom order and have something made just for you - Let us know what kind of customizations you would like to have. - We only accept custom orders when we can . On very busy periods like holidays , or when we build stock or work on new collection we will not be able to accept custom orders except for minor ones . - The turnaround time for custom orders is approximately 7- 10 days. - CUSTOM orders can not be returned or exchanged. Please note that custom orders are made with specific customizations for the customers, which makes the product unavailable to be sold to another customer.

How should l care for my bag ?

LEATHER : Leather is a natural material and all marks , deep lines l and textural variations are completely normal. If your bag gets wet, wipe with a clean dry cloth and allow to dry naturally away from direct heat and sunlight . We recommend using a leather balsam or leather conditioner which will keep your leather supple with a beautiful shine . Please advise a local leather store for care products . CANVAS - WAXED CANVAS : Wipe with dark damp cloth , do not dry clean or use soap . Waxed canvas fabric are naturally water and stain resistant.
