What types of personalized gifts do you offer?

Our shop specializes in a wide range of personalized gifts and custom printing/engraving. We are constantly adding new, trending items, and we are confident we have the perfect gift specific to someone on your list!

Can I customize the design and text on products?

Absolutely! All our products are customizable. For most products, you can choose the design, text, and any other details you'd like to personalize. Designs are generally specific to certain products, so if you are needing a custom design, there may be a small upgrade fee but reach out as we are currently taking on custom projects!

How do I place a personalized order?

To place a personalized order, simply select the product you want and follow the customization options provided in our shop. Input the desired text, choose a design (if applicable), and complete your order.

Can I see a preview of the personalization before placing my order?

We do not currently offer proofs prior to purchase. But as always, proofs are available by request once the order has been placed. Reminder that proofs are only sent if they are requested, and we ask that if you request to see a proof you are available to respond to the proof, otherwise your order may be delayed. If a proof is requested and sent, and we do not hear back before the deadline for shipping, our policy is to assume approval as we must adhere to our promised turnaround time.

How long does it take to process and ship personalized orders?

Processing times for personalized orders vary based on the product and complexity of the customization. Generally, we aim to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days, but the most up-to-date turnaround time can be found on the listing. *Please remember that turnaround time and shipping transit time are two very different things. Once an item is processed and shipped, there will be shipping time added from there.

What if there's a mistake in the personalization?

We take full responsibility for any errors on our part and will replace your product if the personalization does not match what was left on the order. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement. Contact beyond 5 days of delivery may not qualify for a replacement.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders for personalized gifts?

Yes we do! We welcome bulk and corporate orders. Please reach out to us to discuss your needs, and we'll be happy to assist you with a customized order.

What if my order arrives damaged in shipping?

All shipments carry insurance through the carrier. Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged. Refunds or replacements can only be granted by following the carrier specific steps to obtain payout. DO NOT throw your packaging away prior to a resolution. Doing so will void any responsibility for the carrier to provide coverage.
