🪴 Plant Sizing

Being live plants, they may vary slightly in sizing. We offer a 4" and 6" size. We will provide you with the healthiest, fullest, and tallest plants available to us. The display photos are an accurate representation of what you will receive, variegation and leaf size will vary.

📦 Processing and Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. Typically orders take 3 business days to reach their destination as they are all shipped via priority shipping. If there are any delays, please reach out to us and we will monitor your package for you.

❄️ During colder weather months, be sure to include a Heat Pack in your order (found under Heat Pack in Sections). We will not be responsible for plants that arrive with cold damage if a heat pack was not included in your order!

If any plant arrives severely harmed from shipping, please reach out to us immediately. We will respond within 24 hours (typically within 1-3 hours) and serve to rectify the issue for you.

🌎 We do our best to ensure safe travels through shipping. We use bubble wrap and biodegradable packing peanuts in order for the delicate piece to arrive safely. The decorative piece may shift during travel and there may be loose dirt in the box. Use a soft brush to gently dust off any soil that may be on the plant.

I received my order for the vucky bamboo. The way it was packaged was perfect!! Everything I ordered and received from NYCitySucculents has been perfectly packaged and ready to make it's home here with me. I have two more items for this item to be complete and am so anxious for them to come!! Very excited to receive them and then start another order!! Great products! Great packaging! Great, really great customer service!! If you are looking for a very special place to buy plants and a couple of plants are calling your name they are calling from NYCitySucculents. Perfect plant, perfectly packed. I think I can see fenestrations on the leaf that is unfurling soon. Update: This plant delights me. It arrived with one perforated leaf and the next one still furled tight. It was fun to watch, as it revealed 3 perforations and 2 full slit fenestrations. Since then, I have another even larger leaf, with 3 full slits, and its next leaf is just beginning to separate from the previous. (Each leaf is larger than the previous.) It’s not ready to repot (I checked), but it’s getting a little top heavy! Time to add a little ballast to the ceramic planter and to replace the chop stick I’ve had to support it.
