How long before my order will be here?

Each piece takes a lot of loving on my end before it can be loved by you! Because of the custom nature of each piece, every item is made to order. Typically my production time is one business week, and shipping takes 1-3 days. Your piece will arrive within 1-2 weeks.

You sure can! Please message me first to check that there is availability in my schedule to meet your needs. Once we've communicated that I have enough time to complete it by the date needed, I will link you to a rush order listing to add to your purchase.

Do you accept custom orders?

YES! Most definitely. I love doing custom orders. In fact, that is how I've been able to build up all the listings in my shop is through custom orders. Because each item includes freehand lettering and calligraphy, and I make all my own wood signs, each listing is customizable to your desires.

What is the best way to contact you?

Right here on Etsy! You can easily message me here on Etsy and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Typically within the day. Weekends are set aside to spend with family, so Monday mornings are when I catch up on my messages.

Can I see my custom order before you ship it out?

I'm happy to send out a photo of a draft on your custom order before I start on the piece. Please message me your request and I am happy to accommodate. Additional or excessive drafts/changes may result in additional charges.

What if my item is damaged?

I take great pride in knowing that each piece of art I send out is in excellent condition. Should there be any problems upon arrival, please take a picture of the packaging, and the damage of the item and send them to me. My packages are insured through USPS and handled on a case by case basis.

I cannot recommend Simply Lettered Studio enough! Cheyenne was incredibly communicative and so helpful in working with me to find the perfect placement for our lettering, especially since the cake set had a prominent watermark. She even replicated the exact font from our invitations and save-the-dates, which made everything feel so cohesive and special.
