All of my bead bracelets & ball rings are silver plated so it is important you care for them to prevent tarnishing over time. To keep them in the best condition you should avoid contact with water, perfumes, creams & chemicals and refrain from wearing when swimming & showering. I would also advise you roll the bracelet/ring on to prevent snapping
