Waiting to see if they will make it right. Bought for my daughter's 1st birthday and the personalization is bad. Instead of finding a way to make it look nice or reaching out saying they couldn't do it they sent me crap. So far they don't want to refund or fix it.

I have never seen such a shameful customer before. We designed personalized information based on the original position of the picture. After the buyer received the goods, they directly said they didn't like them and then said they wanted a refund. We fully refunded them according to their requirements. After the refund, the buyer maliciously gave me this unfair feedback and didn't return the goods to me. They just wanted to get the product for free without giving a penny. We hope everyone will stay away from this scammer.
