PARCEL SHIPPING
We offer free shipping to the continental US on smaller items. All parcel packages are fully insured and shipped through USPS or UPS.

FREIGHT SHIPPING
NOTE: All shipments are considered Free on Board (FOB), meaning the buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment the moment it leaves our loading dock. Any damages or loss that may occur after this point are the buyer's responsibility. In the event of damage or loss, we are happy to assist buyers in the claims process if we helped coordinate the shipment. However, we are not responsible for any damages, loss, or deductibles.

Free freight shipping to a terminal is available for most large items (some terms apply). Free shipping is only offered to orders in the continental US. Our shop also works with a number of private drivers, and we are happy to assist buyers in finding private shipping for their order if desired. A 2 - 4 week period is to be expected for freight delivery. Packaging your freight safely and contracting with the most valuable broker is our highest priority in order to save you money and time. Our items may contain rust, dust, grease, or grit. All of our pieces are reclaimed from industrial environments where they may have been exposed to years of use and weathering. As such, each piece has character. Industrial Artifacts cannot be held responsible for matters of taste regarding the character of a piece.
