These items are made to order and will take a few days to create. I am not currently accepting rush orders on these items. Custom orders are non refundable.

All the sizes are on the descriptions, but if you were wanting a custom size thats no problem, message me with your ideas!

My butterflies and moths are hand cut from silk and should be treated with care. Please don't get them damp or wet. They are gently treated to prevent fraying and should last for many years. They may require a light press with an iron or hair straighteners if they begin to curl. Keep them on their gift cards when not in use.

International Shipping & Tracking

International orders can be tracked by entering the tracking number supplied in your dispatch email into your own countries postal web sites. For example USPS.com or CanadaPost.com.

I will always try and accommodate a rush order, please message me first and I will see if I can push your order to the top of my work list.

Custom and personalised orders

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. For UK orders I use Royal Mail Special Delivery and FedEx is available for International orders. Please message me for more details

I normally ship within 3 days of the order being placed, custom personalised orders may take a little longer. Etsy quote 'Delivery ESTIMATES' at busy times of the year this may be longer than estimated.

Hand cut from luxurious silk that has been treated so the butterfly holds its shape and does not fray.

Personalised with an image and words of your choice and finished with a little trio of sparkling crystals.
