Positive affirmations are statements that are intended to encourage and uplift an individual. They are typically short, simple, and positive phrases that are repeated to oneself in order to help shift a person's mindset from negative to positive.

The idea behind positive affirmations is that by regularly affirming positive statements, an individual can train their mind to focus on the good things in their life, and in turn, attract more positivity and abundance into their life.

These affirmations are designed for young black girls to help greatly increase self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence.
