Gemstones will vary in color, size, and and texture. Tube beads (long skinny beads) are between .5 -.75 inches / 4x13mm For example, rose quartz could come pale or vibrant. No crystal will ever appear the exact same. Some stones may appear matte while others may appear shiny. Crystal have inclusions which is any material that is trapped inside of another mineral while that mineral forms. This could be a bubble, or a different color mineral. For example, if you see a black dot inside of a rose quartz that is an inclusion. When a listing states the beads are 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, or 8mm please understand the size could SLIGHTLY vary. Some beads may be 5.75 next to a 6mm bead but they're both categorized as 6mm.

USPS Insurance - Shipping Delays - Damage - Lost - Stolen

I highly recommend purchasing USPS insurance to protect your package from being lost, damaged or stolen. You will submit a claim and USPS will refund you. If you do not purchase insurance nothing can be done. Casey's Crystal Cove is not responsible if your item is delayed, lost, damaged or stolen. It is up to the buyer if they would like to protect their item. If your item is marked delivered USPS may not be able to provide a refund. You must obtain GPS coordinates of your package to prove it was not delivered to your address. If lost, they must suggest contacting the police to make a report. Nylon cord bracelets come on a card inside of a plastic envelope. All metal wire, stretch cord, and stone sets are carefully wrapped in tissue paper with a sticker, placed in a white jewelry box with cotton padding, and tied with ribbon. The item is then placed in a protected bubble mailer. You will also receive an information card on the stones as well a care card for bracelets with spacers. Tissue paper & ribbon colors will vary. I try my best to match the items colors. Please understand, the main reason for the white jewelry box is for extra protection. If the box comes crushed but kept your item safe - it has done its job. I do not charge extra for the box as I use it for added protection.
