I make each item myself in my smoke-free home studio. This means that there may be slight differences or imperfections in products with things like stitching or fabric print placement.

Possibly. It depends on the availability of the fabric and the demand for that item. Currently, I am buying and using up all the fabric in one pattern before buying more—so I may need to order fabric in the print you want if I do not have it on hand. Feel free to message me with questions.

I hope you are delighted with your Love From Lily accessories—but I realize that sometimes returning an item is the best option. Please get in touch with me via messages within three days of receipt of your item for instructions on making a return. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs. US customers have seven days to return an item, and EU customers have 14 days. Items must be in new condition, packaged in their original packing, and returned via Priority Mail. You must provide me with a tracking number so I can track and quickly credit your account when your return is received.

Your order will be shipped within three business days. Note that the shipping time above is Etsy's generic shipping policy—but I will process your order and ship it out as quickly as I can, usually within 24 hours M-F. If you order on a Friday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
