Thought this was for an actual physical item but it is a pdf. The quality isn’t that good. Kinda annoyed I wasted $20 and ended up not even using it.

All you had to do was read the description that read DIGITAL FILE ONLY. Furthermore, i reached out to you and you never responded. Would have refunded you in a second. But since you've jumped to conclusions with this feedback, I can't resolve as Etsy won't allow you to rescind. Also, the file is vectored. This means no break up or pixelation. Not sure you understand that term.
