The costumer service is good. I like the dress I ordered, but the quality of the linen is quite different than I used to be, the real ecological linen is very easy to iron with vaporizer, but this dress is made of something different...

This dress is so well made and the shop owner was very easy to work with. They made my dress to custom specifications with little trouble (though I will need to take in the shoulders a bit to keep the chest from gaping, since I don't quite fill it out). The material is lovely, the skirt is poofy without being obnoxious, and it has pockets! The back zipper sticks a bit at the waist, but I'm sure it will become easier to zip as it is used more often. I'll wear this dress to my graduation and it will be the perfect all-season, layerable, dress up or down, versatile piece I was looking for. Very comfortable to wear, too.

This skirt was quite the disappointment. The linen itself has a nice color and is not too sheer, but that's where the good things end. I asked for custom measurements (waist + length) and gave a waist that was 2cm bigger than my actual waist since I like a relaxed fit. The delivered skirt was 9cm (!) too narrow, so I asked for a partial refund to get that fixed. But honestly, the whole construction is extremely sloppy. Gathering stitches were not covered by the waistband, so random wide stitches are visible on the front. The stitching is not neat in general and the hem was done so badly that the overall length of the skirt was not even! This also had to be fixed. In addition, the product pictures do not show that smaller 4 panels were used (instead of just 2 side seams), so there are ugly additional seams in front & back.
