Where can I find my download?

Desktop (browser): 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to ‘Your account’. Top right corner with your profile picture. 2. Go to ‘Purchases’. There you can see your orders. 3. Next to the order, select ‘Download Files’. 4. Another page opens with all file sizes. Download the file size you need. 5. Go to your ‘Downloads folder’ on your computer. There you can find the file and open it. Mobile (browser): 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to ‘Your account’. Top right corner with your profile picture. 2. Go to ‘Purchases’. There you can see your orders. 3. Find the order and click on it. Click on “Download Files” (to the top right of the order). 4. The file will go to your “Downloads” folders.

Can I download my files from the Etsy app?

Downloading files through the Etsy app is currently not supported (as per Etsy guidelines). To access your files, please use either your desktop or mobile browser and log in to your Etsy account. (see instructions above)
