Shipping Policy:
We dispatch goods within 1 working day or the same day. Our products are shipped in bubble envelopes to make sure that the items are not damaged during delivery. Mostly, UK shipping takes 1 to 3 working days by 1st Class sign for postage. International shipping takes between 5-14 business days by 1st class tracked or signed for postage. We are not responsible for any loss and damage caused by the delivery provider.

Returns:
Our topmost priority is the Customer's 100% Satisfaction. If you are not happy with the product or it is broken, damaged or faulty. Please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We accept returns within 30 days after the buyer receives the goods. Return shipping fee-buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased item/items in the wrong selected size and wish to return or exchange the product, we require the parcel to be sent out tracked. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund excluding shipping costs, which is paid by us and it’s included in the price of your purchase. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
A replacement or refund will be issued within 24 hours once we have received the returned item.
