How is your refund and exchange process?

How to find out my finger measurement

The best answer is to have your finger size measured by a jewelry store because the ring size is very sensitive. When you try to take it yourself at home (if you do not have the right measuring tool) it can be wrong. If you are not sure about your measurements, please consult us.

Your orders are shipped in a special box and if you want i can make a special gift package for an extra fee.

How long does it take to deliver my product?

Production can take 3 - 4 working days, some designs can be produced and shipped within 1 - 2 days. After delivery to the cargo, it is delivering within 5 working days. I also have an express option, you can pay extra for express shipping when purchasing the product, I send my express cargoes with Ups, I send standard cargoes with the local post office of your country, American shipments are delivered by dhl-usps. Your packages are delivered to the cargo without exceeding the shipping time that Etsy gives us. After the cargo is given to the cargo, except in very rare cases, the Cargo company delivers it within the delivery time specified (loss of the package or delay due to weather conditions or incomplete entry of address information)

My package was lost or I did not receive the package?

If your package is lost or if we confirm that it was delivered to the wrong address, I will produce and send you a new one free of charge. If you have not received the package, but the cargo tracking information confirms that your package was delivered to your address or left in your mailbox, I cannot return or exchange it. Our packages are shipped with confirmation, so they are not delivered to anyone other than you. Packages that cannot be delivered to your address are returned to your local post office. If you do not receive your package, you can contact the local office and pick up your package.

What material are you using?

I work 925 sterling sterling silver. I do not have any metal casting other than 925k. My products are 925 sterling silver and oxidized color (a few of my products are shiny silver or I can make gold color and rose gold color if you want specially). My products have a 925 sterling silver stamp, I use special hand stamp on some of my models.

Our 925K sterling silver products are very durable! That's why you can be sure of the quality. However, we don't recommend showering, swimming or gym use for long periods of time.

• Unfortunately, 925 sterling and all other silver types tarnish in time. So the question is; How can we slow it down?

• Contact with water: Not a great idea. But, it is unlikely to do any lasting damage. Just make sure to dry it after.

• Swimming Pool: Chlorine is a harsh chemical, so if you accidentally forget to remove your jewelry before taking a dip, make sure to rinse and clean it well afterward.

• Contact with sweat: Chemicals in our bodily fluids accelerates the tarnish process of sterling silver and may leave colored marks on the skin. The best thing to do is to rinse and dry your jewelry.

• Chemicals in lotions and perfumes can also cause silver jewelry to tarnish.

• Hot Tub: The same idea as the swimming pool, but there's even more chlorine in the hot tub and the heat can accelerate the chemical reaction.
