My order was scheduled to ship on 3/7/24. I didn't see any update on the shipment or a message from the company about my order so I reached out on 3/11. Due to the shop owner's personal reasons, my order wasn't shipped until 3/12. I understand things happen but it would've been ideal to receive an update especially if it was past due. By the time I received the delivery, I had to rush my invitations. Despite the service and shipping issue, the seals are nice, easy to apply, and has a strong adhesive to it.
