We accept the exchange and return of goods only if you received a product different from the one ordered, the product must be in its original condition, without traces of use, in order to make an exchange contact us within 14 days. Shipping is paid by the buyer.

Unfortunately, we can not make any shipping time guarantees for international deliveries via standard shipping. Everything depends on post traffic. All packages are registered. If you see no updates, please check your mailbox once in the while - it might be already there,or it's in your local post office. Please be patient. But If you see your package goes more than estimated shipping time - please contact me. It might be other reasons. Please don't worry, contact me - we will solve any issue if your package goes longer.

We start looking for a parcel if its position does not change according to the tracking number within 14 days.
We write a search request, by law the Postal Service can respond to a request from 30 to 90 days. During this time, the parcel will either be found and delivered there, or recognized as lost.
If the package is recognized as lost, then you will be refunded 100% of the order amount.
If the package is found but delivered very late, you will not receive a refund. Since all the dates are not exact, but approximate. We cannot influence the work of the postal service

If the parcel was returned to us due to the fact that you did not pick up your parcel, then the money is non-refundable.

If the item was damaged in transit, please provide us with a photo within 2 days of receipt and we will resend you a new item or refund your money.

1. Machine Washable, separately or with similar colors.
2. Wash in cold or lukewarm water (up to 30°C/86 F).
3. Wash with mild detergent for delicate fabrics.
4. Try to use the gentle machine cycle and do not overload your washing machine.
5. Do not bleach (even on white linens)! Do not recommend to iron your linens.
