🩷Custom and personalized orders

For custom and personalized orders, I will send you a mockup of what the product will look like after you've placed your order. I want to make sure that your order looks exactly as you would like it. 💖

❤️What about upgraded shipping?

I offer upgraded shipping for most of my products - please let me know if you'd like to request upgraded shipping. If you need an item by a certain date, I will do my best to send your order to my printing partner in the lower 48 for *hopefully* faster arrival.

🧡What if my mug arrives broken?

If your mug arrives broken, which is not common due to very secure packaging, please reach out to me within 14 days of your order arriving. In order to send out a new mug, I will need photos of the packaging and the broken mug. I'll send out the replacement mug as soon as I can.

💚What about refunds?

Since I am such a small business, refunds are available for only very specific situations. Refunds cannot be combined with replacements - you can either request a refund of the order *OR* request a replacement item sent out. You can request refunds for orders that arrive broken, majorly mis-printed, or damaged past use. In order to send out a refund or replacement, I will need pictures of the damaged/broken item and its packaging within 14 days of it arriving.

💜What about AI or ready-to-purchase graphics? Do you use those?

I have used AI to help generate product and design ideas, descriptions, and titles. Some of the color backgrounds used as a base for the northern lights designs were generated by AI, but the actual design was completely done by me. As for clipart or ready-made designs, only a few of the ornaments use said graphics. If you have questions about a specific design or product, please don't hesitate to let me know!

🩷 What types of ornaments do you have?

I have three primary types of ornaments: metal, ceramic, and acrylic. The metal ornaments are lightweight, print very vibrantly, and are 3.5 inches by 3.5 inches in size. The ceramic ornaments have a good weight to them, have a nostalgic style, and are between 2.75 inches and 3 inches, depending on the shape. The acrylic ornaments are heavier, with the print inside the solid acrylic casing, and are 3 inches by 3 inches. I do have several other types, such as wood, pewter snowflake, and custom acrylic. if you'd like your ornament moved to a different style, feel free to send me a message! I am happy to bring your ideal gift to life!
