Who makes the items? Where are they made?

All items in the store are designed, manufactured and sent by myself. I have no collaborator except my 4 cats and my 2 rabbits who inspire me, test the creations and pose for the photos :) The items are handmade in France in my small workshop.

How long will it take for my order to be prepared? Will I receive a tracking number?

Preparation time varies from item to item: -Custom teepees: 3-10 days -Other teepees: 1-3 days -Embroidered banners: 1-6 days A tracking number is provided with each order

Is the cushion included in the order? I would like to receive the teepee without the sticks, is this possible

The cushion is always included at no extra charge. I am committed to offering complete and functional items. Teepees cannot be sent without sticks.

The item I'm interested in is no longer available, when will it be again ?

It is certainly a victim of its own success. New copies are probably already being made and it will be back soon. The models are renewed regularly, it may have given way to a new one.

How do I choose the size of my teepee? Do you offer custom sizes?

The size guide available on the shop gives you all the measurements of the teepees. "Size S" teepees are suitable for small animals: rabbits, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, chinchillas. “M size” teepees are for cats and small dogs. I can create a special size for you if I am able to make it

What materials are teepees made of?

I prefer natural fiber fabrics: The canvas of all tipis is 100% cotton. The faux fur face of the cushion is made of synthetic fabric because there is no natural alternative yet. No animal products are used. The vast majority of cotton fabrics used are Oeko-Tex or Reach certified. The chopsticks are made of beech wood

Custom teepees: I'm not sure my fabrics will match well, how can you help me? Why doesn't the fabric I'm interested in appear in the dropdown list?

I can send you a photo of the fabrics you have chosen next to each other on request. Your teepee will then be made after your validation If a fabric is not visible in the dropdown list, it means it is not available. It might be back in stock soon or replaced by another fabric. Feel free to contact me for more details.

Are orders delivered to home or to a pickup point?

Deliveries are made to your home by default. However, if you would like your order to be delivered directly to a pickup point, you can request it by message when making your purchase. I will do my best to accommodate your request, depending on the options available with the carrier.

What happens if I'm not home during the home delivery?

Your package may either be rescheduled for delivery or deposited at a nearby pickup point. This procedure is part of the standard delivery process and cannot result in a refund of the shipping costs. If the package is not picked up from the pickup point within the time frame set by the carrier, it will be returned to the sender. In this case: > If you wish to receive your order again, the cost of the second delivery will be at your expense. > If you choose not to receive it, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of the order. I therefore encourage you to pick up your package as soon as possible to avoid a return to the sender.

Will I have to pay any customs fees? What should I do if I experience any problems with my delivery?

No, all fees are already included. You won’t have to pay anything upon delivery. If you encounter any issues or have questions regarding the delivery of your order, feel free to contact me directly via Etsy messaging. I will respond as soon as possible.
