What file formats do you provide?

We provide all major machine embroidery formats including DST, PES, EXP, HUS, JEF, VIP, VP3, and XXX. If you need a specific format for your machine, just let us know!

How long does it take?

We usually have your files ready within 4–8 hours. If you're in a hurry for a special gift, just let me know and I'll see how I can help!

Can I see how the design will look before I stitch it?

Of course! Along with your embroidery files, I always send a digital "stitch-out" PDF preview so you can see exactly how the threads will lay before you ever push start on your machine.

What should I do if I have trouble with my file?

We want you to love your finished piece! If you run into any little hiccups while stitching, just reach out. We are more than happy to make small adjustments until it’s just right.
