A Custom Mom Grandma necklace or keychain that will come personalized with kid's or grandchildren's names. Makes a great Christmas gift, Birthday Gift, or Mother's Day gift for that special Grandma. Only the best moms get promoted to grandmas. This double pendant necklace (or key chain) will come embellished with coordinating beads(may vary slightly) and a heart charm. The "Mom/Grandma" title can be replaced with any title you need. Saying across the top can be removed or changed if needed, but will remain as shown unless otherwise indicated at time of checkout.

Please specify in the "note to seller" box at checkout what names you would like on the side smaller pendant and what title you would like on the main pendant.

If necklace is selected, it will come with a 24" ball chain (that can be shortened easily with scissors to the desired length).
