When will my order ship?

We need 5-7 business days to create your custom item before it ships. You can find your scheduled ship date by clicking “you” at the top of your page, then click “purchases and reviews” find this order to obtain additional information about the order, including the scheduled ship date.

Where do I enter the info I want engraved?

In the notes box on the checkout page is where you will enter engraving info. We will engrave the info exactly as provided so be sure you type out your monogram letters in the order you want them.

What types of monograms do I have to choose from?

Scroll through the photos to see the monogram options. We do offer custom monograms, just email us if you have something particular in mind.

Do the cups come with a lid?

Yes, the tumblers do come with lids. The smaller cups and coozies do not.

Can you engrave my logo?

Yes, we can engrave logos and other custom images. You will need to provide the artwork file. We do charge a set up fee depending on the complexity of the logo. Email us for more details.

This tool is provided to assist you with choosing a font. Text size, spacing and layout will vary based on character length and will be modified to best fit the product purchased.

The patches will engrave in black except the blue and black patches, those engrave in silver.

We will engrave your name or text on the leatherette patch and it will be ready to apply. Comes with iron on instructions.
** If you want your artwork or logo engraved, choose custom from the dropdown menu. Must email us your black and white high resolution file
to ntxlaser at gmail dot com.

All text will be engraved on one line unless otherwise noted.

1. Choose your Patch color shown in photo 2.
2. Choose your font from those shown in photo 3. (choose custom if supplying your artwork or logo)
3. Enter the name or short text you want us to engrave. You can enter this in the notes box or the personalization box provided. All text will be on a single line unless advised otherwise.
(Please be very clear when ordering muliple names for the same patch color. Example: Patch 1: Mark, Patch 2: Anthony)

The cusomization is endless, we provided a sample photo of the patches applied to a beanie but you can adhere the patch to just about any item you had in mind.
