A. General Terms and Conditions

Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereafter "GTC") of Benjamin Blarr, operating as "Sacred Weavings" (hereafter "Seller"), apply to all contracts for the delivery of textile goods that a consumer or entrepreneur (hereafter "Customer") concludes with the Seller regarding the goods presented on the Seller's Etsy shop.

Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products on our Etsy shop constitutes a non-binding invitation to the Customer to order goods. The order is a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The Seller confirms receipt of the Customer's order by sending a confirmation email, constituting acceptance of the offer.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, detailed in section C.

Prices and Payment Conditions
Prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Additional delivery and shipping costs are indicated separately in the product description.

Delivery and Shipping Conditions
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Retention of Title
The Seller retains title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

Liability for Defects
The statutory warranty rights apply.

Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Alternative Dispute Resolution
The Seller is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board but is generally prepared to do so.
