Customizing your individual piece takes time and lots of detail work. Because you pick your colors, I cannot resell your piece. I will be sending you a message via Etsy with 2-3 renderings of your personalized frame before I paint it, to make sure it looks how you want it. If you do not respond within 24 hours, I will make my best effort to give you a stunning frame you'd love to hang.

I bought the customized dog hook for a friend with an adorable new puppy. Kelly was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in terms of quick communication and turnaround. Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery, but most importantly, my friend loved it! My friend could see and feel the care that went into it getting her puppy's breed and coloring just right, and all of that was due to Kelly. I will be back for myself and future gifts!!!
