I created the file in Inkscape to be used with the Glowforge, can be cut with 1/8, I tested it with 1/8 Birch plywood and 1/8 MDF

My preference is 1/8 material for these cards.
This file includes 3 Dinosaur Pop-Out Cards, "Build a Stegosaurus, Build a Brontosaurus and Build a Tyrannosaurus" (Bonus Build a Dinosaur)
They are secured in the card in various spots (the cut line is interrupted), enlarging the cards will enlarge the spots as well and it may not pop out anymore. So I don't recommend it. A regular cut version is included without any spots as well as a coloring version with and without an outline.

The cards take about 4 min on average to cut and score.
These measure 6X5 inches (finished Stegosaurus measures 4.75x2.5 inches, Brontosaurus measures 4.5x3.5 inches and the Tyrannosaurus measure 3.5x2.65 inches) (Bonus Dinosaur measures 3.65x2.65 inches)
I can fit 6 cards on one sheet
