Can I add an item or change my order?

Once your order has been placed and payment has been made, we cannot make any changes or modifications to your order. This includes changing an address, adding another item, changing the size and color or quantity of an item.

If I place more than one order, can you combine shipping?

To avoid processing and shipping errors, we do not combine orders.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless it is a manufactures defect. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

I have not received my package what should I do?

If you have not received your package and it has been more than 15 days, or your package shows delivered and you have not received it; you will need to contact the carrier directly. We do not have any additional information regarding your package other than the tracking information we provided when we shipped your order. Please visit USPS.com or UPS.com for additional guidance on tracking your package.

What if I receive a defective item?

If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide a photo of the item and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The item must not be changed or altered in any way.

What if I receive an incorrect item?

Please provide a photo of the item you received and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will either send you the correct item if we have it in stock, or issue a refund.

Pressing Suggestion: While time and temperature can vary based on your individual heat press, we have found our polyester garments press best with a temperature of 365°F to 375°F for 65-80 seconds with light pressure. To avoid issues with the seams when pressing, we recommend a pressing pillow or foam under the garment.
