Bunny nuggets work up very quickly with minimal sewing (only to attach the ears) and using very little yarn. They make great stashbusting projects and last-minute gifts! Once you've got the main pattern down, try out a few spot markings that are included in the pattern, then start inventing your own! You can even use this pattern to make tiny bunny totems, just switch to size 10 crochet cotton thread and a 7mm steel hook.
Pattern includes:
• Instructions on how to make bunnies with a heart-shaped side spot, a "collar", an "eyepatch", a "neckerchief", and the NEW heart tummy
• Notes on how I do my color changes
• Step-by-step pictures of the bunny tail cluster
Bunnies work up to be about 3.5 inches tall (to the tips of their ears) if made with a 4.0mm hook and ww yarn.
Bunny totems are about 1.5 inches tall (to the tips of their ears) if made with a size 7 steel hook and size 10 thread.
The sixth bunny pictured was made holding two strands of ww yarn together and using a size K hook.
Stitches used:
ch = chain
sc = single crochet
slp st = slip stitch
Pattern is in PDF format. It is 7 pages long.
