Product was exactly as described. I'm using it with 30" transfer tape which is very heavy and it works like a charm!

Seller's description

Specifications

May include: A bright blue plastic paper towel holder featuring a triangular frame with circular cutouts on each side. The holder supports a large roll of white paper towels, which is suspended between the two blue side panels of the stand.

Apply transfer tape with ease with this surface mounted roll dispenser. Mounts to surfaces up to 2.25 inches thick includes two surface mounted clamps and one set of roll inserts. These inserts fit into the ends of the roll and hold it snuggly in between the clamps. The clamps can be adjusted to fit rolls of any length. The inserts fit rolls with three inch diameter end openings. (Additional roll inserts can be purchased from alternate listing.)

This product was designed out of my own need for the accurate application of transfer tape to my vinyl projects. It has reduced my errors when applying transfer tape to vinyl decals which saves me time and money.
