How long does my order take to process?

Typically, orders can take 1-2 weeks to process. However, this all depends on my current workload & how many orders are ahead of yours. If you need your order shipped by a certain date, please reach out before ordering so I can let you know if that is possible. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Can I have multiple pets on one shirt/sweater?

Yes! I can fit up to 4 pets per shirt/sweater. When selecting your size, you will see options for additional pets. Please note that the more pets you add, the smaller each individual portrait will be.

When will "X" item be back in stock?

I try to keep everything in stock as much as I can. Items will usually be back in stock within a week, but this also depends on my workload. Items are more likely to be out of stock around the holiday season and ETAs are harder to know around that time, so if you're shopping for a holiday gift I recommend ordering as soon as possible!

How do I pick the best photo?

Your portrait will be as good as the photo(s) you provide. The best photos are: - Well lit, with no harsh shadows - At your pet's eye level - Close up (without cropping off ears, face, etc)** With that said, I can /usually/ work with almost any photo. If you're uncertain if your photo will work, please feel free to send me a message! I am more than happy to help pick the perfect photo :) **There are some exceptions to this, so don't be afraid to ask if a certain cropped photo will work. I am usually able to draw missing parts of the ear/face or combine two photos to create the perfect portrait!

Unfortunately, since all items are made to order, I cannot accept returns or refunds. Please double-check name spellings and sizes! If your item has some kind of defect, please message me a photo within 3 days of receiving it! I will gladly send out a replacement :)

Can you make a digital file for "X" breed?

I'm always adding new breeds to my digital files! I try to add a few new ones every week. I am open to recommendations though, so feel free to message me a request! :)
