These shoe charms may pose a choking hazard to small children. Parental supervision is advised.
If the button falls off while using it, you can attach it with crazy glue. Apply glue to the charm and dry it for at least 4-5 hours before using. If you hold and pull out the charm, it may break even if you hold the charm tight, so push your hand into the crocs and pull out the hole.
The charms try best to send best finished product to individual customers but due to procedure of making charms may have minor defect on charms such as scratches and bond prints.
Please consider this minor defects that will not able to return or refund after you purchase.
We produce each charms best of our accuracy to put center as possible, but just in case, if it is slightly off from center, we can not return or refund your product.
Easier Tips for insert charms
Please keep it warm or hot your crocs such as apply warm temperature hair dryer or leave at sun to crocs rubber become softly. Once rubber is soft, then you could install charms right away to your crocs.
✅ Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
charms is order based product so once you placed an order, customer can not exchange or cancel order.
As exchange policy wise,
Customer needs to send detail picture of photo within 24 hours upon receiving product. Our company will review your photo of defected or received different style, then company will exchange same product for you.
After 24 hours based upon receive product, we can not determine that defect is from customer or us so we can not able to exchange your charms.

As a small business, we cannot afford to take on the expense of every package that gets lost, so if you do not add insurance, your package will not be refunded or replaced. Please note insurance covers does not cover late packages and we will not refund or resend your package simply because it is late. We will send a refund or replacement after your package has been in transit for 30 days.
PRIORITY SHIPIING LABEL - If you buy priority shipping label and are automatically insured, any problem with the product (lost, stolen or damaged) you are entitled to a refund, but if the package gets lost and the tracking shows delivered USPS will not refund you!
