No exchanges. I allow returns for a 20% restocking fee if notified of your intent to return within three (3) days of your receiving the item. Returned jewelry must be returned in its original packaging (i.e.,jewelry item is bubble-wrapped, it is in the original gift box, and inside the packing box or fresh bubble mailer). You MUST provide me with a tracking number if returning. I can only issue a small refund for jewelry that arrives at my house damaged and/or has been poorly packaged.

I am not responsible for jewelry items lost in the mail/stolen. If jewelry arrives at your home damaged please convo me within three (3) days with photos of the damage, so I can help you open a case with USPS.

I've had some bad luck lately, in that I recently received jewelry for an exchange - that was damaged. I did allow the exchange, but felt a bit bruised because the returned jewelry item was listed as vintage, and in amazing condition. What came back to me was not packaged well, or in "saleable" condition. While I could try to re-glue what was damaged, I generally do not do this, as repaired vintage jewelry pieces are worth only a fraction of the value of a vintage piece in mint condition. It was a real learning experience for me, and as a result I have had to change my shop policy. I really want my customers to be happy with their purchases and try my very best to disclose any issues the vintage jewelry pieces may have ahead of time.

At this time, Fancy That Bling Co does not ship orders to other countries. Forwarding an order through an international shipping service is not permitted.

Yes ! I am proud to say that the vast majority of my customers who have provided me with a review have been very positive. I aim to please ! If a customer isn't happy with their order, I try my best to help (as long as this is within my shop policies).

I do allow most items to be returned as per my policy. If I goofed and failed to describe something properly, I will allow a return and refund, subject to my own review of the situation. Occasionally, there are buyers that feel that an Etsy shop owner's policies shouldn't apply to them. This is unfortunate, because a bad review really does hurt my feelings and my business. I am just a small business owner and not Amazon or Walmart. I do try my very best.

The short answer is a resounding "no." I will attempt to work with any customer who is dissatisfied with their purchase and offer a solution, but I do stick to my policies. Any buyer who tries to manipulate a forced return and refund through a bad review will be reported to Etsy.
