I have a set just like this for my sourdough. I use the jar size for my tulip jar with my starter and the bowl size for covering my sourdough bread while rising.
These are great for proofing bread or covering your pies. I have several and use them all the time. If it doesn’t get dirty I just rinse in sink with a little dish soap and hang on a hook in my kitchen to dry.
Made in my smoke free pet free home machine wash cool and dry on low for best results
