The only thing that "Etsy" or the sellers need to do is for these types of product, are mostly emailed. I'm sure some people need the photo t be sent. But Etsy sent me that my order was shipped. That confused me a lot. I would have to email BuBuLines and ask, how is it coming to me. Eventually the artist replied that it would be emailed to me, which I was very happy about. I even ordered another one after getting the first order. I loved it and told them so!!!
