How do I download my files?

Once you have placed your order you will receive a PDF with a link to download your files. You can also access them through your Etsy account under "Purchases and Reviews."

Can I use these mockups for my business?

Yes, you can use the finished mockup images to promote your own artwork, prints or designs in your Etsy shop, website, social media, portfolio or other marketing. You may not resell, share or redistribute the original mockup files as they are.

What are frame mockups?

Frame mockups are ready-made images that let you show your artwork inside a realistic room or frame setting. They’re useful for Etsy listings, online shops, portfolios, websites, Pinterest and social media, especially if you sell prints, digital downloads or wall art.

How do I use the mockups?

Open the PSD file in Adobe Photoshop or Photopea, then place your artwork into the smart object layer. Once you save it, your design will appear inside the frame. It’s a simple way to create polished product images without having to photograph your own frames or interiors.

Photoshop works best, but you can also use Photopea, which is a free browser-based alternative. The editable PSD files use smart object layers, so you’ll need software that can open and edit PSD files. If you don't want to use Photoshop or Photopea I also provide a Jpeg file with every purchase.

Because these are digital downloads, I can’t usually offer refunds once the files have been purchased. That said, if something isn’t working as expected, please send me a message. I’m happy to help and will always try to sort out any genuine issue.

Are the artworks shown in the frames included?

No, the artwork shown in the example images is for display purposes only. You’ll receive the mockup file so you can add your own artwork or design.

I’m new to PSD mockups. Can I still use them?

Yes. If you’re comfortable opening a PSD file and following simple steps, you should be fine. The smart object layer is designed to make artwork placement quick and straightforward. If you get stuck, send me a message and I’ll do my best to help.
