Mix & Match Jewelry does its utmost to deliver our jewelry to you in top condition. Yet it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge. The defective and / or broken product must be returned.

It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing us via the contact button or to marga@mixandmatchsieraden.nl If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Etsy. Exception returns customization

All our jewelry ( except earrings ) are tailor-made according to the specifications specified by you fall outside the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is therefore final after successful payment. Earrings cant be returned for hygienic reasons.

Our jewelry is made with small to very small parts. Never let children play or leave unattended with jewelry. If any part loosens, this can lead to a choking hazard.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours after ordering. Your payment will be refunded immediately.

Returned orders will be fully refunded ( included shipping costs ) immediately after receiving the order. The shipping costs for returning are the customer's responsibility.
