HOW TO ORDER

Here's How to Get Your Groove On:

STEP 1.📃Craft Your Playlist:

Create a playlist with the songs that'll make your heart sing, arranged in the perfect order you desire.
When you place your order, simply share the playlist link in the "personalization" section. Remember to make the playlist public so I can work my magic. If your playlist is Private, I can't view it.

STEP 2. 🎨Curate your cover and your CD art

Select your preferred playlist duration up to 75 minutes and your choice of jewel front case art and CD.
Which you can attach on the inbox messages.
-If no picture of phrase is indicated, your CD and your case will be of a plain white colour.
-If you would like a back cover, inside cover etc for your case, there is an additional £5 fee each. I will send you a private listing for this under request. This option is separate as not everyone needs a back / inside cover.

STEP 3. Place the order
Add the item to your cart and complete the purchase. Once everything is confirmed we start crafting your order. The personalisation box is where you paste your link.

STEP 4.🗨️ Message me
Send me your links and personalisation through Etsy Messages After you go to checkout and complete the payment. After you place the order, you can provide your images. Send your playlist links and personalization through Etsy Messages. This needs to be done AFTER you go checkout and pay for the item, once you've completed checkout and payment, you'll be able to upload your images. Sending them beforehand might not work.

Important Note:
-Please do NOT keep your playlist as "Private", otherwise I can't view it.
-Please keep your playlist under 75 minutes in length (that's 1 hour and 15 minutes). CDs can handle a maximum of 75 minutes of music, and exceeding this limit means we'll need extra time to fine-tune your playlist. I aim for a maximum of 75 minutes of audio goodness.

-If your music project or gift idea exceeds the 75 minutes, you can purchase a second CD 💿💿, if you send me a playlist that has more than 1 h 15 minutes of music, I will only be able to fit as much, there won't be room for all your songs. Keep this in mind before placing your order.

- You can message me if you'd like to upgrade to back cover and it will come with the thicker case that can accommodate it. You will only receive a case that matches the personalisation you request so the item looks complete: slim case or thick case depending on personalisation. This is to keep things fair and sustainable. Each case accommodates 1 disc, we do not supply double disc cases at the moment.

Please only place your order when you are ready to provide the personalisation. The details should be sent immediately after checkout—not later in the day or hours afterward.

Important Information for Personalisation:

Please ensure that the images you provide are not blurry, as any blurriness in the original will result in a blurry print. If the images are too long and rectangular, they may not fit properly within the artwork's shape. I will do my best to focus on showing key features like faces, but it's essential to check that the picture you send is the one you truly want. Minor adjustments will be made to fit the design, but choosing the right image is ultimately your responsibility.

When providing your personalisation details, please be as clear and straightforward as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate any changes you may have, but please note that if you change your mind after submitting your personalisation (such as requesting an updated playlist or providing a different source), this can increase the chances of a mix-up. Important Notice Regarding order Issues and Replacements:

At NinushkaStudio, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our custom gifts. In the event that you encounter any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you report them to us as soon as possible upon receiving the item.

Reporting Process:
To address any concerns, we require customers to provide a detailed description of the issue along with an uncut video showcasing the problem. Additionally, the item must be returned to us for inspection.

Replacement Policy:
If upon inspection, we find that the issue is indeed with the product, we will gladly offer a replacement of the same custom item as initially requested. However, please note that under no circumstances will we provide a replacement with a brand new customization. The replacement item will be identical to the initial order specifications.

✅ Replacements are provided when:

The item arrives damaged in transit (in which case I can report it to the postal service and issue a replacement).

There is an error made on my side, such as a typo, missing element, or incorrect design detail.

❌ Replacements are not provided when:

Incorrect, incomplete, or unclear personalisation details were provided by the customer.

The customer later wishes to change the design, text, or files after the order has already been produced or delivered.

Because each item is custom-made, I can only work with the information and materials provided at the time of purchase. For this reason, please make sure to carefully check all personalisation details, spellings, and files before submitting your order.

Please understand that all replacements are covered personally from my own pocket, and it wouldn’t be fair or sustainable to replace items when the issue was not caused by me.

Timeframe for Reporting:
Please be advised that any issues should be reported within a reasonable timeframe upon receiving the item. Failure to do so may impact our ability to address the concern effectively.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

The products and services offered by this business cannot be sent to prohibited addresses, correctional facilities, or any location where custom-made items are not typically allowed. IMAGE SUBMISSION POLICY
By placing an order, you agree that any images you provide for printing must either:
-Belong to you (your own photos or designs), OR
-Be random images to use for personal purposes.

•Under no circumstances may you submit images intended to:
-Replicate official designs,
-Create a false impression of authenticity, OR
-Disguise the item as something it is not.

This item is for personal use. We reserve the right to add a visible watermark or disclaimer along the edges of the design (cover and disc) to prevent misuse. This applies primarily to items that could otherwise be mistaken for official designs.

Any request that violates this policy will be declined and refunded if necessary, and repeated attempts may result in reporting to the platform for misuse.
