Are there Tariffs or Duties on orders

Feb 24/2026 There are NO TARIFFS or DUTIES on my products and NO EXTRA COSTS OR FEES on orders after your purchase or upon your packages delivery. My doors are compliant with the Free Trade Act between the US/MEXICO/CANADA agreement USMCA. My Hydrocal cement is made in the US, then purchased in Canada. 100% of my doors are handmade by myself in Canada which is also USMCA compliant

All the doors are cast in Hydrocal plaster which is a fine grade Gypsum cement. The mini air plant pots are not waterproof as they are intended for air plants or dried or faux flowers.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I pack all my doors as gifts, because we all like a gift arriving at our doorstep! All door are nestled in a white mailer box with tissue and crinkle paper, a personalized card with photos of doors, complete with plants for inspiration is placed on top. The back of the card has plant care and tips. It is then placed in a second corrugated shipping box and filled with biodegradable starch packing peanuts for protection. The packing peanuts dissolve in water and the tape is also a paper product that can be recycled. making my packaging 100% recyclable

The air plants you see in my photos are for inspiration but they are NOT INCLUDED with your purchase. I am prohibited from selling live plants across the border to the US. I picture all the doors with air plants because I feel it important to show the doors possibilities before they are ordered :)

The measurements on my listings are very accurate. I wouldn't want anyone to be disappointed that the actual product was smaller or larger than expected

Shipping and delivery

My processing time is a week and I create Mon-Sat. I use a Canadian shipper from Canada to the US border, where it is picked up by USPS and trucked across the US after clearing customs. The deliveries are 3-6 days on average Canadian packages are shipped via Chit Chats and are 2-5 business days. Etsy’s estimated delivery dates are system-generated and may not reflect my actual delivery dates so I want to share my process for you to get a more accurate delivery date for your package. All my packages are sent with tracking that will provide upto date delivery

A BIT ABOUT AIR PLANTS (Tillandsia)
The Air Plants shown in photos are not included but I show them for inspiration
Air plants (Tillandsia) are easy to take care of. They don’t need soil and require just a misting 2-3 a week. The mini pots are not waterproof, but Air Plants do not like to sit in water. They are easily found at garden stores and online.

GIFTING
Every door is placed in a sturdy white gift box, with tissue and crinkle and a picture postcard placed inside to show completed doors with Air Plants for inspiration. A personalized gift note can be added at check out, ready to be gifted directly to loved ones. The gift box is placed inside a sturdy shipping box for safety
