1. Is an emblem overlay just a "sticker"?

Yes, the item being sold are vinyl overlays and are meant to be wrapped over your emblem. They are NOT actual replacements of your OEM badge. Such information can be found in the product title, photos, description, videos, and confirmation email. If you purchased thinking it is a complete replacement, please let us know ASAP so we can cancel your order.

2. How does this work with the sensor?

The vinyl material we use is high-grade vehicle wrap and specific finishes that do not interfere with the front sensor (if present). The material we use still allows the radio waves to transmit and reflect signals back to the sensor located behind the emblem. Drivers are always advised to drive responsibly, with or without the overlay.

3. Is there an overlay installation guide?

Yes, a QR code on the packaging will lead you to an installation guide which we highly recommend. There are important tips and keynotes that will help make your installation a breeze. However, the end result does depend on the skill of the installer. You are welcome to message us as well if you run into any issues.

4. Why doesn't the overlay fit my vehicle?

Not all vehicles are made the same. Thus, each listing states which vehicle the overlay is meant for. We encourage customers to double check the title, photos and description before placing an order to ensure it is fit for their vehicle.

5. I'm inexperienced with vinyl. What can I do?

Technique plays a big role in the outcome of your emblem overlay. If you do not want to attempt and need assistance with installation, we recommend going to a local professional (vehicle wrap or tint shop).

6. Why is my package stuck in transit and/or taking so long?

Once we drop off your package to the postal carrier, we unfortunately have no control of the transit time. We cannot prevent any delays caused by USPS and only ask for your patience and trust in them to deliver your package safely. Delays can be caused by a variety of things, such as weather, natural disasters, internal issues, electronic errors, holidays etc. Note: USPS informs that delivery dates are NOT a guarantee, but just an estimate.

7. When will my package be shipped?

Please note that 99% of our products are made to order and custom. All products have a production time of 2-5 business days (excludes weekends/holidays). From there, the delivery time will be up to the postal service. Note: Track numbers do not start production until the design is approved. If no response, our team will continue with the initial design.

8. My package is lost. What can I do?

All of our packages are insured. If a package is lost, a claim can be opened with the postal service for a full refund through their website. If you need assistance, we can open the claim on your behalf. USPS Claims: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

9. Can I get a refund?

Our policy states that no refunds are allowed as all items are custom made. However, under certain exceptions, we can provide a refund given that the customer pays for the return label and contacts us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in its original form-unopened, unused and unaltered. Note that the original shipping cost is NOT refunded from the total amount. With valid proof, items that are lost or damaged during transit automatically qualify for a refund/replacement. If you run into an issue with your overlay, please be sure to take a photo as it will be needed. If no photo is provided, we cannot fully determine the issue and if it actually occurred.

10. Why did my magnet number fly off?

Each track number listing has photos and descriptions on what to do to avoid this issue. We highly recommend customers take a look at the photos. The most common mistake that leads to lift off is not placing the magnet on a completely flat area, or getting a magnet that is too big for the body panel. Customers are responsible in preventing the magnets from lifting off.

From a car enthusiasts to another. Design your own custom autocross racing numbers in either vinyl sticker or reusable magnet. Our made to order autocross kit comes with a SET of 2 numbers and are also UV laminated to help withstand the harsh debris from track day. Each corner is also rounded to prevent flying off during those epic track days.

Size:
There are 3 sizes to choose from. Please choose one that best fits your driver and passenger door. It is recommended that the graphics sit on a flat panel. Meaning, avoid sharp curves, in dents, door guards.

Vinyl:
Printed on high quality air release material, making installation super easy. Any air bubbles can be pressed out with your fingers. Make sure that the body panel is clean before you install the track numbers.

Magnet:
Great option for temporary use, on/off track. Simply adhere the magnet to a clean, flat body surface on the door. It is important that the body panel is clean of all dust and dirt, otherwise, it will effect the adhesion. Adhesive properties are stronger in cold weather. Also, make sure that the entire magnet makes contact with the body panel. Only sticks to STEEL doors, not Aluminum, Carbon Fiber, Plastic or Fiberglass.

Note, some tracks require tape over magnets especially during extreme climates such as hot temperatures, high winds and rainfall. This provides extra security and prevents the magnet from lifting due to air getting underneath. In general, it is recommended to tape the edges of the magnet with blue or clear tape as free insurance.

Mockup:
A digital mockup will be sent over to you via Etsy message. We begin production once design is approved. The faster you are able to approve the mockup, the quicker you will get your item. However, if there is no response within 24 hours of the 2nd follow up message, we will print the product with the requested information.

Planning:
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the numbers arrive on time before the next track event. We recommend proper planning, and purchasing of numbers days in advance as it takes time to design, print, ship and deliver. It is also important to account for possible delays caused by the postal service.
