This is an 8x10 picture frame matted to fit a 5x7 photo. Actual opening in the mat is 4.5x6.5" Black or white frames are available and text can be added, removed or customized for a personalized frame.

All frames are made to your specifications and personalization and therefore oftentimes cannot be resold. They are also fragile and easily damaged if not carefully repackaged for return shipping. For that reason, I no longer accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, such as damage during transport or a mistake was made by me, the seller, please contact me so I can correct it!

If it is important for your package to arrive by a certain date, I recommend selecting the Express shipping option at checkout for UPS 2nd Day Air. Otherwise, all packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Although Priority is stated to be 1-4 days, delays do occur. I do not offer refunds for postal delays, as the process is completely out of my hands. However, I can assist you with filing a missing mail claim (after 15 days for Priority mail). In over 1,500 orders I have not had a lost package, though just a few have been substantially delayed.
