What's the current turn around time?

All items are usually shipped within 2 to 6 business days. (Weekends are not business days). Production time may take longer for some items, please double check listing details for turnaround times and delivery estimates. At Blossom and Babes, we know that when you buy online, you want to get your order fast! So we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. All items have different production times, please find this info on the listing page

Can I return or exchange an item?

All items in my shop are made to order so we cannot offer returns or exchanges. We ask that you read our full item descriptions before purchase and double check measurements. If you have any questions please send us a message before purchase and we will be happy to help you. In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive misprinted/damaged/defective, please send us a message WITHIN 48 hours of delivery, with the photo of the damaged item(s). We will be happy to replace them.

can I cancel or change order information after it's placed?

The timeframe for ANY changes (including personalization details for customized items, address change, or cancelations) on your order is 2 hours from the time you placed the order. After 2 hours we CAN'T guarantee that we can accommodate any special request, as most likely your order has been sent to the production process which can't be reversed. If you have any questions or special requests, ***please contact us before ordering.*** Thank you

We do not offer the option to add additional gift notes to the orders. When ordering you can mark your order as a gift; this only means that the prices will be hidden when shipped, but the item won’t be packed as a gift. The "Add a note" field at checkout is only intended for communications between seller and buyer, and any additional gift notes will be disregarded.

Custom and personalized orders

Items in our shop have different production times and might be shipped separately. We also work with multiple print partners in different locations so you can receive multiple packages if ordering more than one product. Please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to update you on the status of your order.
