please note that the default shipping method does not include tracking, and is shipped by regular letter mail. orders usually take 1-2 weeks to be delivered depending on your location. however, items can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered, so our shop policy is that we cannot replace missing orders until at least 4 weeks after the date the order was shipped.
