🚚 Production and Shipping

The standard production time for orders is 2-5 days, but in most cases, we complete the order within 1-2 days and then send it out for delivery. Exceptions may include custom orders, for which we discuss the production time with the customer individually. Shipping to the USA usually takes 1-2 weeks, and to Europe 1-3 weeks. If you are interested in shipping times to other countries, feel free to write to me, and I will inform you based on the current timelines. Additionally, for an extra fee, we can offer express delivery via UPS, DPD, FEDEx, and other services. If the standard delivery times don’t suit you, contact me, and together we’ll find the best delivery options for you.

We pack shipments in strong three-layer cardboard boxes, inside which the leather bag is placed in a dust bag. If there is any empty space in the box, we fill it with packing paper to avoid unnecessary movement of the product during transportation. Additionally, we can include a postcard with a custom message of your choice. Just let me know if you'd like to order this. We are currently working on the development of additional gift packaging, but if you already need it, you know what to do, right? Just write to me.

🌍 Import Duties, Taxes and Customs

Orders are shipped from Ukraine. Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or carrier handling fees may apply. For US orders, if a DDP shipping option is used, duties and related import charges are prepaid, so you should not be charged again at delivery. For countries outside the US, buyers are generally responsible for any import charges required by their country.

🧵 Types of Leather We Use

● Leather with decorative grain embossing - soft and durable textured leather. ● Smooth polished leather - firmer leather used in structured bags, typically with a medium gloss, sometimes almost matte black, and it also has a water-repellent protective coating.

🔄 Exchanges and Returns

Non-personalized and non-customized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a mistake on my side. Returns are processed after I receive and inspect the item. Unless the return is due to a defect or my mistake, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

We use only natural leather from our local tanneries, which have been operating for several decades and have a solid reputation. I personally visit the production site from time to time, studying the raw materials, observing the leather-making process, and selecting materials for production. If necessary, I can provide quality and sustainability certificates for the materials. Regarding the environmental friendliness of our products, even when gluing some parts and assembling the product before stitching, we use only natural, water-based glue. No toxic chemicals are used in the production process. Therefore, all our products are completely safe for you and the environment.

Many of our photos are taken at different times of the day and in different lighting conditions. For example, some are in a photo studio under professional lighting, while others are outside on a cloudy day. This is done intentionally so you can imagine the color of the item, as it naturally changes tone under different lighting conditions. We recommend viewing all available photos of the product you like, as well as checking out other items in similar colors to get a better idea of the real shade. 🔍 Characteristics of Real Leather

It is important to understand that real leather, unlike synthetic leather, has a number of features that are objectively considered acceptable and not flaws. Leather has a "living" natural structure where slight differences in thickness and texture are possible, as well as different suede-like fibers on its inner side.
