This shop has the best customer service of any I’ve dealt with on Etsy or elsewhere. Excellent communication. The sweatshirt I purchased looked great and design was exactly as pictured but I was not real happy with the fabric and without hesitation the seller gave me a full refund. I will definitely be buying more from this seller in the future
